A light weight (10kg) portable load bank for discharge testing of batteries up to 50V DC and at currents of up to 220A.
Capacity DC220
Fully variable 0.6A to 210A at 30-50V DC. Max 10.5kW.
Sections of 0.6 to 5, 5, 10, 20 and 5 x 30A
@ 45V - 210A with all sections connected

Resistor Elements
Expanded mesh and mica card elements wound with high-grade nickel-chrome stainless steel resistance elements.
Cooling
Fan cooled by four 30-50 VDC fans, taking their supply from the test load. Overtemperature protection. Insulating voltage 750 V.
Ammeter shunt
Rating: 100A = 100mV
Input cables and connectors
Two 2.5m, 50mm2 flexible input cables complete with M12 lugs and quick-release connectors.
Metering circuit: 4mm banana socket.
Case
Blue aluminium case with mesh over air ducts on 4 omni-directional braked castors.
Carrying handle. Ingress protection IP 20. With instructions and warning labels.
